Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about Kense, our AR gallery app for Apple Vision Pro.

1Getting Started

Kense is a spatial AR gallery app for Apple Vision Pro that transforms your physical space into an immersive art gallery. You can place, organize, and experience artwork in augmented reality like never before.

You need an Apple Vision Pro headset with visionOS installed. Kense is available for download from the App Store.

After downloading Kense from the App Store, open the app and follow the onboarding tutorial. You can start by browsing curated collections or importing your own artwork to display.

Kense offers a free tier with access to curated collections and basic gallery features. Premium features and additional content are available through subscription plans.

2Technical Requirements

Kense requires Apple Vision Pro with visionOS 1.0 or later. An internet connection is required for downloading content and syncing your galleries.

The app itself requires approximately 500MB. Additional storage is needed for downloaded artwork collections, which varies based on the content you choose to cache locally.

Yes, artwork and galleries that have been previously loaded can be viewed offline. However, you'll need an internet connection to access new content or sync changes across devices.

Kense adapts to spaces of all sizes. Whether you have a small apartment or a large open area, the app intelligently scales and positions artwork to fit your environment.

3Pricing & Billing

We offer three plans—Free, Premium ($9.99/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing)—each with expanding access to collections, features, and creator tools.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, new users can enjoy a 7-day free trial of Premium features. Your subscription begins after the trial period ends unless you cancel.

Most curated collections are included in your subscription. Some exclusive artist collections and limited editions may be available for individual purchase.

4Troubleshooting

Wear the Vision Pro and walk around the room for a few minutes, looking at all areas. This allows the device to build a 3D map of the space. Ensure adequate lighting and that reflective surfaces aren't interfering with spatial tracking.

Close other running apps to free up memory. If the issue persists, try restarting your Vision Pro and reinstalling Kense.

Check your internet connection and ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Go to Settings > Sync to manually trigger a sync.

You can report bugs or request features through the app's Settings > Feedback section, or email us directly at support@ulkira.com.
